IMPORTANT DOWNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS -  PLEASE READ!

The following documents require Adobe Acrobat, which is already built into most Web browser software. If you experience difficulty downloading the file, click the Acrobat logo to download a fresh version of Acrobat Reader. Directly clicking on the link will open the file in a new window with Adobe Reader. It may look as though nothing is happening. Please be patient because some of these files are large and may take awhile to receive on your computer. Then, you can click FILE-PRINT. Also, you can right click on the link, select SAVE TARGET AS and directly save the file on your desktop for viewing and printing later.
